Employers: get the most from apprenticeships

Apprenticeships are for current and new staff.

An apprenticeship is a great way to train your staff or fill a skills gap in your team.

As an employer you can train existing staff or recruit new staff via an apprenticeship. Training costs are covered by your Apprenticeship Levy.

If you are a non-levy paying employer, we provide free advice on funding and incentives.

Are you missing out?

Organisations with fewer than 50 employees are entitled to funding to cover apprenticeship training costs.

You can also get up to £2,000 for employing apprentices, and an additional payment after they successfully complete their programme.

For a free employer consultation, or more information, please email our team: apprenticeships.als@ walthamforest.gov.uk
